Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated April 17, 2008 "On consumer protection", the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of ordered products.
Product must be returned to the address specified by Albagame, with packaging and encasement, not used and accompanied with all accessories, instructions for use, documents proving the purchasing electronically and return authorization form completed ; if the product is not delivered in a manner described in this point, it will not be accepted by Albagame. Transportation costs for the return of cancelled orders will be covered by the Client.

Delivery of products will be performed within 2 days from the day after order confirmation from Albagame. In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Albagame to postpone the deadline for delivering. Client is free to choose whether wants to accept or cancel the order. Product delivery can be carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Albania. Delays in products delivery or order failure do not mean compensation of Customer or its suppliers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Going good so far love them , cheap and great gaming headset for those who don't want to spend much on them , good mic quality and hearing , earcups are fine I haven't tried out the RGB but it looked pretty cool , the cables it has for connecting to PC and console are abit long but overall it's good would recommend!
Keto kufje duhet ti blini patjeter neqoftese nuk keni nje buxhet shume te madh ose nuk doni te harxhoni shume. BASS shume shume i mire dhe ze mjaftueshem i larte jane pak te renda por qe mund te mesohesh lehte. Kam disa muaj qe i perdor dhe nuk kam asnje verejtje. RGB eshte shume smooth dhe nuk ngec absolutisht ne asnje moment. I vetmi problem qe kane eshte kabulli i cili shpesh ngaterrohet por asnje llooj problemi tjeter. Mikrofoni ka nje kualitet shume te larte por mund te kishte edhe me mire! I rekomandoj tek te gjithe gamersat si PC dhe PS ose XBOX!!!!
